This hat is made from upcycled surf windbreaker material and SunScreen50™ Lightweight Woven Nylon Taslan Flat Finish Wicking Fabric.
Not only is this fabric quick-drying, but it also provides additional sun protection. This hat is perfect for all your warm-weather activities, such as running, hiking, kayaking, and spending time at the beach.
The hat has an adjustable nylon webbing and flat buckle closure and a black interior sweatband. The brims are made with an industry-standard moldable brim material that is slightly lighter than our regular hat brims.
Making this the lightest-weight hat that we offer. The brim still provides great sun protection and can be easily shaped to your liking.
Sizing:
This is a size large hat that measures 23 1/2 around and can be adjusted to be approximately 1 inch larger/ smaller.
Some fabrics have more stretch than others and can vary slightly in fit. The waxed canvas hats have the least stretch, while the fleece hats tend to have the most. This nylon fabric has little to no stretch and is one of the most breathable, lightweight, and colorfast fabrics we offer for hats.

A good bandana is one of the most useful pieces of gear you can own. It lives in your pocket, around your neck, or tied to your bike/ pack, always ready for sweaty climbs, trailside snacks, unexpected repairs, and all the little jobs you never planned for.
Trail Rags are made to be used. They're sewn from durable 100% cotton, made and printed in the USA, and handprinted with my original bike-inspired artwork using soft, water-based inks that only get better with time.
